Agitators for crystallization

Crystallization is defined as bringing together the parts of a substance (initially in a gaseous state or dissolved in a liquid) to constitute a solid body of regular and determined shape, a crystal.

Applications of crystallization :

In the chemical and sugar industries, crystallization takes place in reactors and tanks where an agitator activates and optimizes the process.

Many products pass into a solid state through crystallization: sugar syrup, massecuite, hexane, alum solution, organic solvents and acids, strontium hydroxide, etc

Agitators to meet your needs :

Crystallization tanks and reactors are equipped with Mixel agitators such as DRIVEJET, JET, SIDEMIX & SHORTJET. Crystallization often concerns large volumes of product, 75 m³, 85 m³, or even more.

Our customer references in the crystallization expertise :

Crystallization is a common operation within the production units of Beneo Orafti, Solvay, Ineos, Baïkowski, Rexim, Sucaf, Cristal Union, etc

We design and manufacture according to your specifications the stirrer that will be adapted to your crystallization problem, whether it operates in an Atex environment or not.
