We study the data in your specification – inlet flow, traverse rate, Reynolds number, pressure drop – and offer you the right size static mixer.

Standard static mixers transfer fluids with low particle content and allow mixing, dilution, homogenization and heat exchange. The viscosity of the fluids involved must not exceed 6000 cps.
They are constructed of stainless steel or special alloys only.
Our in-line static mixers are installed at the periphery or at the heart of the process of many industries, in multiple sectors of activity: water treatment, chemicals, sugar refineries, food-processing petrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, etc. There are multiple types of products mixed by STATMIX: water, effluents, oil, glucose or sugar syrup, hydrocarbons, mineral water, paint, etc.
STATMIX in-line static mixers are integrated into the production lines of Total, GSK, Rhodia, Mars Food, Source Badoit, Exxon, Arkema, V33, Lesieur, Soliance or SUEZ, Véolia processing sites.
