Philippe EYRAUD, President of MIXEL SAS, has been managing the company since 1991. From this moment, he is involved in the development of MIXEL abroad: the first foreign commercial office was set up in Asia.
MIXEL SAS France has two subsidiaries, one factory in Beijing - PR China and one commercial office in Rio de Janeiro - Brazil.
Thanks to his involvement in development of international trade and business and his export know how, Philippe EYRAUD was appointed to the grade of "Adviser of international trade" (that's to say Conseiller du Commerce Extérieur) on 6th July 2010.
One manager, two technicians and one assistant are in charge of the after sales department. They manage maintenance and on-site assistance: - predictive assistance (measurement of vibrations and temperatures, power take-offs, analysis of lubricants...) - preventive assistance through wear parts replacement (mechanical seals, bearings, packings...) - corrective assistance on-site, repairs and modifications to agitators and all rotating machinery - on-site assistance for installation and commissioning - bringing-up agitators to ATEX standards
THE REALISATION and DESIGN DEPARTMENT
Seven persons - 6 draughtsmen and their manager - are in charge of the designing of MIXEL tailor-made agitators. Each technician is responsible for his own files and is in continual relationship with customers, with sales department, with design controller and with workshop.
They use high-performance tools such as: - AUTOCAD software for 2 dimension-drawings - SOLIDWORKS soft ware for 3 dimension-drawings - Software for ended modules calculation
THE PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
Purchasing department has two main missions: - buying materials, supplies, services at best - looking for competitive products in order to quote competitive agitators
The Technical Director is loaded with the total and transverse management of specific business by size or difficulty, the development of new products or designs while following special directives such as ISO or ATEX ones.
