Fast oil change

Maintenance operations are often delicate matters, especially when changing oil in appliances located at a height: risk to the operator poor accessibility hot, toxic oil risk of leaks, fouling, pollution. MIXEL Service provides efficient, clean industrial oil changing. This involves a method for recovering oil in a closed circuit by sealed suction via a patented stopper valve installed on the casing of the appliance (gearbox on agitators, compressors, hydraulic circuits, motors, etc.) and via a special purpose connector. The waste oil is evacuated directly into the canister provided for this purpose and is immediately replaced by the new oil: the oil change operation in the casing has taken only a few minutes. Maintenance staff are no longer in contact with the waste oil (elimination of health hazard) and no longer risk accidentally polluting the environment. Thanks to the exclusive stopper valve, the oil change can even take place on red hot oil. The quality of the oil change is improved since the suction action purges the casing of all its impurities and carbon deposits.
